Earth Day at the MRF

Celebrate Earth Day at the MRF on Saturday May 3rd.  "Go Green" by visiting the Victor Valley Materials Recovery Facility located at 17000 Abbey Lane in Victorville, just off Stoddard Wells Road.  The Celebration is from 8 a.m. to 12 noon.  Click here for details.

Spring Festival & Egg Hunt is on its way!

Hook Community Center is hosting the Spring Festival Saturday, April 19 from 9:00am - 2:00 pm at Hook Park.  Bring your own basket and enjoy the vendor fair, arts and crafts, carnival rides and more.  Pre-sale tickets are available at Hook Community Center for $3.00 per child.  Tickets are $5.00 the day of the event.  Click here for details:

Press Release

The City Council of the City of Victorville has scheduled a joint workshop meeting with the Victorville Planning Commission scheduled for Wednesday, March 12 at 6:00PM.  The City would like input from residents, land owners, business owners, realtors, and developers as they discuss potential design standards, development standards, and lot size. 

This meeting is a follow up to a strategic planning session where goals were set to improve the quality and safety of neighborhoods.  The City Council invities all interested parties to come to the meeting to hear about and provide input into the future of our city.
