Starting or Ending Service
Victorville Water District makes starting and ending service easy and convenient.
To Start Service...
A Grant Deed, or Rental Agreement, and a picture ID is required.
Call 760.955.5001 during our normal business hours, or download our service request form and follow the instructions on the form. Complete and sign the Waiver of Responsibility form if you will not be present when a VWD representative comes to connect your water service.

Owner Acknowledgement
Pay the startup fees. Fees can be paid by cash, personal check, or credit card. Here's a list of the start up fees:
- $25 set-up fee
- $32 service-call fee (regular hours)
- a deposit
The amount of the deposit is based upon the size of the meter servicing the property as shown on the chart below. The deposit is credited to the customer's account after 12 consecutive billings with no delinquencies.
