Signing Up For Sanitation Service
Single-Family Residential Customers:
Contact the City of Victorville Customer Service Division at 955-5001 regarding the following items:
Starting or stopping service
To order extra trash or recycling barrels or order exchanges of damaged barrels
Questions or concerns about service
Questions about sanitation bills
Commercial Customers:
Commercial customers (businesses and multi-residential properties) should call the City of Victorville Water & Sanitation Billing Division at 955-5087 regarding the following:
Starting or stopping service
To change service levels
To order extra trash or recycling pickups
To order exchanges of damaged containers
Questions or concerns about service
Questions about sanitation bills
CITY HALL HOURS
You can also start or stop service at City Hall, 14343 Civic Drive, Victorville. City Hall hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Customer Service Representatives are located near the cashier’s area in the lobby of City Hall. City Hall is closed every Friday and on major holidays.
FRIDAY SERVICE
Effective July 1, 2008, Victorville City Hall is closed every Friday. If you need assistance on a Friday with a service matter (such as a missed pick up), please contact Victorville Disposal Company directly at 245-8607. Victorville Disposal’s hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
If you have a billing question on a Friday, you will need to contact the City of Victorville Customer Service Division during the City’s regular office hours of Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
